My name is Singo Mollel. I was born in Alailelai Village, located in the Ngorongoro District of the Arusha Region. I am a proud husband and a father of two children.. I am an experienced and passionate Education Program Coordinator dedicated to creating meaningful learning opportunities and improving access to quality education. With a strong background in program planning, implementation, and community engagement, I have successfully led educational initiatives that empower students, teachers, and local communities.
As the Education Program Coordinator at Maasai Girls Education Emancipation (MGEE), I am dedicated to creating and managing impactful educational initiatives that uplift Maasai girls and their communities. I specialize in designing effective programs, developing culturally relevant training materials, and ensuring smooth coordination with key stakeholders—including schools, educators, parents, and government partners.
My leadership style is collaborative and community-driven. I believe that lasting change is built through strong relationships, mutual respect, and shared goals. By closely monitoring program progress and outcomes, I work to ensure that our efforts are not only successful but also sustainable—empowering girls to reach their full potential through education.
